Not 100% but we can make it pretty close to that and have an even betterlife if we grant ourselves to do it.
Having friends and or family that you’re really close to and who understand you’re key! Of course we all have family and friends but sometimes they are not very supportive, or they state things we don’t wanna hear or even worse they don’t give us just that shoulder to use when we need it or that ear to just listen. Having people around that love us and really support us is VERY important. You need to talk and get some feelings out, just to vent and feel better. Not to be judged or told we shouldn’t feel that way or we need to just get over it.
Also taking this time to pursue things you love to do that maybe you haven’t had time to or something you have been putting off but really want to do, now is the perfect time. Enroll back in school,begin a scrapbooking or dance class, join your friends from lunch or a drink and even just take a few hours out and pamper yourself. Use this time to heal and make it all about you. New beginnings and a new path is what we are making for ourselves so take advantage of every moment and make it great!
