Fortunately, the wedding day planner with my own sister, but regrettably, low priced meant very, very low priced. I was half tempted, to tell you the truth, to wait another year or two until I was on more secure fiscal footing, but it was very imperative to my bride to be to be married. It would be a lot more fun than having a gigantic stressful occasion with all of our friends & family, & it would only cost a few hundred dollars. She wouldn't hear of it, however. She was willing to have low priced wedding day decorations and a discount wedding gown, but one way or another she was getting married traditionally - country wedding songs & all.

There is nothing more uninteresting than planning inexpensive weddings. You see, there is not any miraculous low priced weddings trick. You have to simply save money and every-thing that you can. You need to discover a way to get cheap wedding invitations, low priced wedding day centerpieces, cheap bridesmaid dresses, & even a somehow inexpensive room to have the get-together in. The last one is easy assuming that you know someone with space that they will let you use. In my situation, we were able to use my mom and father back-yard & save a lot of money on renting out a hall. Even so, every-thing else added up to quite a little bit of money.

The hardest part was picking out wedding bridal gowns with my wife. For most of the arrangement, she was willing to use wedding day do it yourself tricks in order to save a little bit of money occasionally, but picking out her wedding day dress was an absolutely horrible ordeal. In the end, we ultimately decided that that would be the one area of the wedding where she could spend as much cash as she needed to get what she wished to wear. After all, there is no substituting for the ideal wedding day dress.
